日本2月LNG现货价格维持高位

据3月10日offshore energy消息：2月进口到日本的液化天然气现货价格已从1月创纪录的高位回落。

日本经济产业省的数据显示，2月签约的液化天然气现货价格达到12.7美元/百万英热。低于1月报告的18.5美元/百万英热。

但远远高于2020年2月报告的每百万桶3.4美元的合同价格。

2021年2月运抵日本的液化天然气现货价格达到16.3美元/百万英热。较上月报告的15.5美元/百万英热有所增加。

这也远高于去年同期的5.5美元/百万英热。

2021年2月的到达价格与2014年5月的最高水平持平。

经济产业省只调查日本公用事业公司和其他进口商购买的液化天然气现货。

不包括与特定价格指数相关的货物交易，如美国亨利中心和JKM。

Japanese spot LNG prices remain high in February

Prices of spot liquefied natural gas (LNG) imported into Japan during the month of February have slipped from record highs achieved in January.

Data from Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry shows that the price of spot LNG contracted during February 2021 reached $12.7 per mmBtu.

This is below the $18.5 mmBtu reported for January 2021.

It is also well above the contract-based price of $3.4 per mmBtu reported in February 2020.

The price of spot LNG arriving into Japan in February 2021 reached $16.3 per mmBtu. This is an increase from the $15.5 per mmBtu reported in the previous month.

It is also well above the $5.5 per mmBtu reported in the corresponding month in 2020.

The February 2021 arrival-based price equals the previously highest level reached in May 2014.

The ministry surveys only spot LNG cargoes purchased by Japanese utilities and other importers.

It excludes cargo deals linked to a particular price index such as the US Henry Hub and the JKM.
