丹麦风电巨头维斯塔斯在日本获得40兆瓦订单

据土耳其新闻社7月27日消息称，维斯塔斯公司周一宣布，该公司从日本风能开发公司(JWD)获得了一份40兆瓦的风力订单，用于建造日本长崎县的平户南风电场。

交付预计将于2021年第二季度开始，第四季度开始试运行。

维斯塔斯亚太区总裁Clive Turton表示:“我们很高兴获得这个项目，并因此继续与日本风能开发合作。随着我们在日本市场的增长势头，维斯塔斯已经准备好并承诺支持日本日益增长的增加可再生能源的雄心。”

Vestas secures 40 MW wind order in Japan

Vestas received a 40-megawatt (MW) wind order from Japan Wind Development (JWD) for the Hirado Minami Wind Farm in Japan’s Nagasaki prefecture, the company announced on Monday.

Deliveries are expected to begin in the second quarter of 2021, with commissioning planned for the fourth quarter.

"We are very pleased to have been awarded this project and thereby continue our collaboration with Japan Wind Development," said Clive Turton, president of Vestas Asia Pacific. "With the momentum we are gaining in the Japanese market, Vestas is ready and committed to support the country’s growing ambition to increase renewable energy sources."

Vestas designs, manufactures, installs, and services wind turbines across the globe.

The company, with more than 25,000 employees, has installed 113 gigawatts of wind turbines in 81 countries.
