空气化工与PBF能源签署长期氢供应协议

据欧洲石油3月30日消息,空气化工产品公司宣布已与PBF能源公司签署协议，其中包括以5.3亿美元购买5个氢蒸汽甲烷转化炉(SMR)制氢工厂，以及从已经运营的工厂向PBF精炼厂长期供应氢气。SMR的日生产能力总计近3亿标准立方英尺，分别位于加州托兰斯和马丁内斯，以及特拉华州的特拉华州城。

空气化工产品公司董事长兼首席执行官Seifi Ghasemi说道：“空气产品拥有非常强劲的资产负债表。这使我们处于一个杰出的财务状况，以执行我们投资于长期现场交易的战略，其中包括我们今天宣布的资产收购。通过这次收购，我们不仅获得了5个SMR工厂，而且我们还与北美最大的独立炼油厂之一的现有客户达成了一项长期的氢气销售协议。”

Air Products Signs Agreements to Acquire Five Operating Hydrogen Plants for $530 Million and Long-Term Hydrogen Supply to PBF Energy

Air Products announced it has signed agreements with PBF Energy Inc. that include the $530 million purchase of five hydrogen steam methane reformer (SMR) hydrogen production plants and the long-term supply of hydrogen from those already operating plants to PBF refineries. The SMRs, with a combined nearly 300 million standard cubic feet per day of production capacity, are located in Torrance and Martinez, California and Delaware City, Delaware.

“Air Products has a very strong balance sheet. This puts us in an outstanding financial position to execute our strategy of investing in long-term onsite deals, which includes asset acquisitions like the one we are announcing today. With this acquisition, not only do we gain five SMR plants, but we also secure a long-term hydrogen sale of gas agreement with an existing customer who is one of the largest independent refiners in North America,” said Seifi Ghasemi, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer at Air Products.
