哈里伯顿与俄气石油公司签署合作备忘录

据能源世界网3月26日莫斯科报道，俄罗斯天然气工业石油公司(Gazprom Neft)周四表示，其与油田服务公司哈里伯顿(Halliburton)已签署了一项技术合作纲要协议，以在西伯利亚的阿基莫夫油层建造油井。

自2011年以来，俄罗斯天然气工业石油公司和总部位于得克萨斯州的休斯顿公司一直在从事一些项目。

Halliburton, Gazprom Neft sign memo on cooperation in Russia

Oilfield services firm Halliburton and Russia's Gazprom Neft have signed an outline agreement on technological cooperation to construct wells at the Achimov oil formation in Siberia, Gazprom Neft said on Thursday.

Cooperation between Western and Russian oil and gas producers has been curtailed by the sanctions imposed on Russia by the United States and Europe following Moscow's annexation of Crimea from Ukraine in 2014.

The operations at the Achimov formation are not subject to sanctions.

Gazprom Neft and the Houston, Texas-based company, have been working on a number of projects since 2011.
